War of the Worlds

Once the final wizarding war ended, the magic races rose up in rebellion and went to war with the world. No more will they suffer oppression at the hands of the wizards. With the wizards vastly outnumbered, can Filius Flitwick, a half-breed, create peace through negotiations with both sides? Or are they doomed to be enslaved like the creatures before them once were?
