This version of Loonatics Unleashed has Rev Runner's brother Rip as a member of the Loonatics. Since there was more than one bunny on the team, I felt there should be another road bird on the team, and Rip is the best choice. With respect to all the other fan stories about Rip, his powers are psychic and his color is blue.
