Hermione returns home just in time for Christmas from her latest research trip as an Unspeakable. This will be their first every Christmas, just the two of them. No Weasleys, no friends, not other family. Will they manage to get into the Christmas spirit? She thought they could, until Harry's team leader dies an unexpected death, leaving him to investigate it with help from DoM.
