The Empty Hearse Deleted Scenes

A combination of a scene I imagine before seeing The Empty Hearse with a bunch of scenes I thought up after seeing it. My theory as to why John was visiting Sherlock when he was kidnapped along with a scene that possibly could've happened at the end.
