Piecing Together Lost Time

Fred confesses his love to Hermione at the final battle, and he asks her to promise to find him after the war. Little does he know that later that day the war would be won, and he would be dead. After seeing the war won, Hermione finds herself two years into the past, without any idea of how she got there, and what she needs to do. Rated M for later chapters.
