The Shichibukai and the Strawhats mysteriously appear on a random island, but they have no knowledge each are there. After a lot of searching, the Strawhats finally reach an inn looking building, cut up into two three pieces, and after seeing his silhouette in the lightning, they are sure it was the work of evil mastermind, Doflamingo Donquixote.
