Ramen Bar of Traveling Souls (Up for adoption!)

In Konoha there is said to be a Ramen Bar that connects the living and the dead. Many say that it is a rumour, few say its true. But no one that has been there is able deny one simple fact, Uzumaki Naruto, Jinchuriki of the Kyuubi no Kitsune was supposedly killed at the age of five, so how is it that he is the one running the Ramen Bar?
