Neviah Oztkurev is a typical teenaged girl living at the edge of the Fold. Although, when she sneaks onto the skiff carrying Alina Starkov do things go amiss and her true form is discovered. Taken to the Little Palace, Neviah finds herself drawn to the formidable Darkling, but must also learn to navigate her shadowy gifts. (General Kirigan/Darkling, OC-based off of the show)
