When I see you again

Hermione can't find a guy right for her, so to fix her problem she goes to the past to meet a soulmate, a Dr. Cullen. Through a bit of time travel, she meets his children when they arrive into the family, in the past to get to the present. Sorry for the bad summary, good story please read.
