Future Imperfect

Hermione finds herself not only in the future, but a world she hadn't imagined for herself. Now, with no knowledge of her past, she has to adjust to life as a wife and mother to a family she knows nothing about. Severus and their children are there to help her, but are hurt by the loss of their shared past. How does a family fall apart and put themselves back together?
