Hogwarts finds out how the Dursleys treat Harry

i believe that this story is better than the title implies. set in 5th year. when Umbridge starts her first class at hogwarts, for Harry it feels like he's a little kid at the Dursley's again. this does not turn out well for Harry, or does it... k or T, i can't decide.
