Transformers: Prime: Knight

While out searching for Energon, Optimus and Jack are ambushed by the Decepticons. They escape but Prime is severely injured and with no way to contact the base for help, they were on their own. That is until a human with a Black Trans-Am came along and offered to help. Will the stranger discover the Autobots secret? Can Jack trust these new people?
