Old Acquaintances and New Wounds

Wilkes come back to town, and tries to kidnap Peter. When Neal saves him at his own expense, he finds himself thrown into increasingly dangerous situations. Will Peter be able to take Wilkes down in time to save Neal's life? This is a Neal whump-centric story. Set somewhere late in season 2, spoilers for seasons 1-2. Story is long, but chapters are short.
