The Chance Long Awaited

In the fifth season the episode "Hot Dog" had Jeannie and Mike at odds over a cop once again. This time she refused to back down but their conversation always bothered me. As their talk never included how Mike had acted about Steve this is my interpretation of Mike and Jeannie's talk, if Steve had been brought up.
