Summary
Aventine is a beautiful city inhabited by perfect people with perfect magic who lead perfect lives. The Gutter lies beneath the city, inhabited by imperfect people with imperfect magic who struggle in their daily lives. With tensions running high between the two worlds, they may find that the lines between them aren't as clear-cut as they may seem.
