Halloween Scare

So, Dick and Bruce get into a fight on halloween about a stupid party; Now Dick is missing and on a 'strike for rights (to party)' Where he goes? What he does? Now that is what you'll have to find out. I promise it'll be as funny as I can do and well..when writing this I almost choked on my own laughter. Just a warning.
