Three weeks after the initial banishment of Nightmare Moon, Celestia is still plagued with guilt over her sister's fate. Haunted with recurring visions by night and an ominous singing by day, her stability as a ruler is failing, as well as that of her nation. With Equestria filled with rioting, Starswirl and Rose Petal must find a solution and save their home.
