Third installment. Under the cover of the initial assault, Captain Dib Membrane and his Ghostex team have been sent to infiltrate the underground veins of Vasclorein City to retrieve a military asset for the war effort on Irk. But when Dib discovers the asset's directive, he begins to wonder if the government he works with has intentions he can adhere to.

Follow Bom's personal experiences during the occupation of Tu'Val -a small town outside Vasclorein City- by the Russians at the beginning of the invasion and at the end of the war as the story explains many of the horrors that she had to face and the struggle of the inhabitants to survive.
