As the title says, this is a rough short story I made on a whim, back when Alan Wake Remastered released. It was sitting around in my files so I thought why not put it out there and see what people think. Blake Belladonna finds herself in a horror slasher situation with someone she doesn't recognize... or does she?
They ran as fast as they could, away from their old lives... away from the people that would never approve of their relationship. "Together. Forever." They said to each other softly. As they ran, snow had combined with the red leaves of fall and the falling petals of roses that were flying with the wind. Those two people were Weiss Schnee and Ruby Rose. This is their story of love.
It was the first winter for Ruby Rose at Beacon and she had thought it would be as smooth as ice for her and her partner Weiss Schnee... she couldn't have been anymore wrong. She'll have to go through hardships, fight her fears, and keep everyone she cares about alive... one thing stays in her mind every night when she sleeps. "I don't want to wake up alone."
It was a simple goal for Ruby Rose, survive four years of school and become a huntress. But then she realizes that she loves her teammate Blake Belladonna and has a terrible secret she never knew about. Fear overtakes her, her rose darkens. She is the blackening rose.
Was the threat truly over for Ruby Rose? Could there be more people that want to apprehend her because of her ability? The only thing that fills her is worry and fear of losing her teammates, especially her wife Blake Belladonna. What could these people want with her? All she knows is there is a threat after her... The sequel to The Blackening Rose... enjoy.
Beacon is overrun by the grimm, the teachers have fallen and the students have ran away or died trying to run. A group of four girls remain in the school, they are of what's left against the cause of the darkness that had ruined their lives. (One-shot and death fic, major character deaths and a character pairing... I also do not own the art, it belongs to whoever made it)
