Set after KH2 based on the BBS secret ending. Sora, Riku, and Kairi receive a letter from King Mickey telling them about their next journey to come. Sora and Kairi aren't ready to part again without sharing their feelings first.

At the end of Kingdom Hearts 2 Sora and the gang are overjoyed to have everyone make it back from the final battle safely. Then Sora realizes he hasn't seen someone very important in his life in over a year.

The island trio has returned home and is trying to get back into the routine of everyday life. One day after school Sora is questioning his ability to transition back to everyday life, but Kairi lets him know that she and Riku will always be there for him. The two then share a special moment.

Elsa and Jack Frost didn't know Disney and DreamWorks weren't meant to mix.
