This story is intended to follow the canonical events of the Harry Potter series, but takes creative license as it explores the relationship between Draco Malfoy and Severus Snape. It may seem OOC to those who don't agree with the author's portrayal.

AU HP. The Order defeated the Dark Lord when Harry was a child. Harry has his parents. Draco has his. However, one child has a less than ideal father.
