After the war Hermione goes back to Hogwarts to finish her education but an accident with McGonagall's Time Turner sees her sent back to 1969. The people that she meets and the relationships that she builds make her believe that maybe fate does have a plan for us all.

Hermione has been experimenting with muggle dating websites with disastrous results so far. When she is stood up at a cocktail bar one Friday evening a chance encounter with none other than Narcissa Black ends her dry spell.

This is a one shot that follows on from chapter 2 of 'Our History is Before Us'. It gives some extra detail about certain characters thoughts and feelings and gives an insight into Hermione and Bellatrix's future.
