Harry Potter is Shisui Uchiha. He was raised in Konohagakure, but at the age of 11 after fighting in wars he is to attend Hogwarts. Simultaneously, he must keep the peace between his clan and the village as well as complete missions regularly, because the war doesn't stop just because he's going to school halfway across the world.
