Sam tries to hate Lara but she can't bring herself to hate the woman she loves even if she has a secret she doesn't want. She can't tell her I love you but she certainly doesn't want help. Pretty much Sam did something stupid and nearly got them both killed so of course Lara is upset. If you'd like to read more let me know.
She didn't want it to come to this but it had. She's just thankful that it was Sam who had made her do it. Even if she can't tell Sam what she needs to hear Sam wouldn't leave her for the world. Lara has to face more than herself. Nothing is ever easy is it?

Samantha is bleeding out and dying but her wife Grace is even worse than she. Their last moments aren't pleasant but at least they're together. She makes a decision and regrets it the moment she makes it. Maybe in the end she welcomed death like an old friend. Maybe she was glad for it.
Lara has a few stray thoughts but it always comes back to Sam.
Sam's father is pushing perhaps a little to much, Lara's still trying not to be over protective as much as it kills her. The calling for being lead in an excavation in the middle of nowhere in Egypt leads Lara into some new areas before even stepping foot out of the U.K. with the her love. Sometimes you find surprising things out in the open.
