Adira is the perfect example of somebody who is useless on Pandora - she's never used a gun in her life and cares far too much for the safety of others. However, when a Vault Hunter arrives in Fyrestone her entire life changes. Forced to take up arms and prove her worth, Adira joins Mordecai in his search for the Vault and ends up on a journey to find out where she came from.
Sequel to 'The Misadventures of Caroline II'. When a Floppy Disk containing a challenge and information about the Borealis comes into GLaDOS' possession, she's willing to cross the sea to find out who dared challenge her. Caroline II is of course dragged along for the ride. But there's more to the Borealis than meets the eye - was its initial disappearance really an accident...?
"...this was why Ruvik's world could bend to his will – because he was the angel in a world of demons, meant to guide the hero to the end of the adventure, like in the books he'd had read to him in his childhood." A short drabble-ish thing in which I explore two of my theories about Leslie, using a scene near the end of the game. May contain some spoilers, but nothing too damaging.
Takes place just after Chapter 11 of 'The Misadventures of Caroline II'. Wheatley and Caroline II discuss the effects of the Resonance Cascade and the Combine Invasion as well as the impact it has had on them - all while poor little Wheatie tries to avoid looking where he shouldn't.
Twenty years after the events of Portal 2, unusual and possibly supernatural circumstances lead Chell's daughter, Caroline II to the Enrichment Center she's only heard nightmarish stories about, only to find that the notorious GLaDOS is still doing science and is inviting her to help out. Life is good for a while, but anywhere Caroline II goes, trouble pretty much always follows.
My own take on the story of that turret you hear crying out in the song 'Reconstructing More Science', and what happens to him once GLaDOS reawakens. Just a short thing that I wrote at midnight when I couldn't sleep.
