    When Jules has a hot call negotiation that strikes very close to home, will she be able to save the teenage girl who's present is very similar to Jules' own childhood? The idea came to me after watching "Terror" in season 3, (Jules singing scene) but is set much earlier in season 1. I know it is not a great summary. Please read and review! :)
