It would seem Sherlock Holmes either is not aware of the effect that he has on her, or he simply does not care.

Jim smiled his funny little smile and took a step forward. "I asked you a question Molly? Did you miss me?" He took another step and stopped. The smile fell from his face. "DID YOU?" He screamed.

Sherlock Holmes has come to an important decision that he feels affects both he and Molly. It's a shame that she really wasn't paying attention when she agreed to help him.
