A post 6x23 fic previously titled Hours Lost Forever. What happens when Castle shows back up after the car crash and thinks the crash happened after the wedding and Kate was in the car with him. 3XK or Bracken are not involved. This deals with Castle's time shadowing the CIA. I combined the 2nd part with this one because I thought it might be easier to keep track of.
When Castle has a car wreck on the way home from a book signing, he visited by a ghost from the past, but is it a delusion or real? Happens in the future after the wedding.

Does not include any spoilers for "Veritas" but leads up to it. This is AU because I'm adding some back story and some original characters from Castle's past.

Given my proclivity for reading spoilers, this is how I would mess up the Caskett wedding and take care of the wedding dress, not that I have anything against it, but it's a little too haute couture for me, even if it does cost 26K (did they really spend that much on it or is that retail?) and Stana looks great in it.

So this is what would annoy me the most.
Castle agrees to go on a marathon book tour in August so they can have the wedding in September, but disappears from the plane on the flight back. I'm sure this is going to be one of many "missed wedding" fics because you just know that they aren't going to have a normal wedding. Where would be the fun in that? This is a different version of I Dream of You where Hunt was darker.
