In the near future a new sport is sweeping across the digital land of Equestria. Quantum Racing, as it is called, pins the best of the best Pegasi teams against one another for a chance at entrance to the Equestrian 500, the biggest race held once every year. For a particular Pegasus, his life is changed forever as he discovers what it truly means to be a racer.

After learning of his mother's passing, Dustin Renovamen, a sixteen year old teen with a complicated past, is quickly thrusted into the new world of Equestria. Under the protective eye of his new guardian, Dustin must learn to cope with the loss of his mother and discover who he really is. All ponies are anthro, but more human-like than pony.

After a thousand years on the moon, the Luna has returned. Though what she returns to is a time very different from what she remembers. To help ease this process of adjusting to modern life, Celestia decides to enroll her sister into classes at Canterlot University, with the hope of Luna making friends and a better life.
