The island's most notorious villains, Herbert and Klutzy, are known for their plans to destroy Club Penguin and the Elite Penguin Force. However, on one peaceful day, they are found feuding over one thing: Who ate the last slice of pizza. Demanding an answer, they took the case to the Club Penguin Court. Will they solve the mystery? Or will they end up arguing with each other?

Herbert is sentenced to 3 years of community service in Club Penguin, which he is NOT pleased about. The only way to get out of it is going to college... Which is what he plans to do. Herbert tackles his adventures in Harfish University, while in Club Penguin, our three EPF agents tackle the challenges that arise when the four leads resign from the EPF.
