"... The last glimpse of sunset, a green flash shoots up into the sky... Some say—" "It signals when a soul comes back to this world from the dead." —POTC quote. The Higher Entities end up letting three souls have a second chance at life. One flash of green light the colour of death. Three souls return to the Living. History is rewritten. And Fate laughs. Warnings inside. AU-ish.
A potential collection of Danse-Macabre-canon-related writings. Requests are open, topics limited to events or characters already featured in the main fic. I will not be setting the genre or characters for this as it may vary and I trust I will not need to as you're expected to be familiar with characters and events in Danse Macabre before reading this.
100th (AO3) and 400th (FFnet) reviewer prompt fic. When Hadria gets selected for the Triwizard Tournament, she attempts to keep this a secret from Gellert, while the Slytherins are certain it's another year of Who's-Out-To-Kill-Hadria? again. A Psithurism sequel, featuring Hadria, paranoid Slytherins, a young Basilisk, and ultimately, a terrifying force of a Dark Lord guardian.
Four short Harry Potter fanfiction prompts I came up for myself that never really brought me anywhere. (Unlike some prompts, like the one that brought me to Danse Macabre, or other prompts, that brought me through a chapter and was left hanging). Feel free to use/adopt any of these.
What does one do when things go sideways, and one needs Help? Well, ask for Divine Intervention, of course. The Light side felt that Harry was too young to save the world, so they attempted to summon a Hero to help them. Enter Hadria Potter. Things going sideways? No problem, she's here to tilt the boat further. (Take nothing seriously) (Incomplete)
Helia had been having a holiday when she was informed that the Higher Entities would like it very much if she could join an alternate universe. They informed her she would have a twin brother. She could have refused, but it sounded interesting. "Accompany Harry Potter," They said. "It'll be fulfilling," They said. But there was one thing they did not say.
Prompt by 200th reviewer: Noh, Hadria's Lethifold eats someone important. Featuring Noh, Crookshanks and Padfoot as a trio of not-quite-vigilantes, while everyone else questions their association with Hadria once more.
Prompt by 100th reviewer, SkyFire86: The Grinsens run into Snape by pure coincidence at a Potions Convention, before Hadria goes to Hogwarts. Featuring Gellert as a concerned (and intimidating) guardian, Severus as a Potions Professor who has no care for kids, and Hadria as Hadria.
Seven are thrown back in time by Seven Higher Entities. Coming from four different futures, now together in an alternate past, keeping their time-travelling secret from each other, these seven will change the future with their chance of a second life. (This is something I wanted to try out and experiment with, so try not to flame? It's meant to be weird). AU-ish.
While Hadria Potter and Gellert Grindelwald are in Japan for the New Year's, Gellert leaves Hadria home alone (with her pets and a Grim) in search of a legendary magical peach medicine rumoured to have the ability to cure almost any ailment. But things are never simple for Hadria and Gellert, and what should have been a peaceful New Year's becomes fantastically… strange.
Gellert has gone to Olympia and has left Hadria in the courtyard of an old House in Magical Athens where she would be watched over by an acquaintance, and was encouraged to socialise with other children. Now what could possibly go wrong? Nothing, of course, except gaining a pet Basilisk. Side-fic to Danse Macabre. More details inside.
