Lily and the Marauders receive an offer from Dumbledore. What now?

James and Lily have been in hiding for two months. James is stir crazy and trying not to show it. Lily jumps into action.

Lily is half asleep, crawling over James as she gropes for her wand on the nightstand. She's about to question the funny look on his face when she realizes that the grain and weight of the wand in her hand is all wrong. Her cheeks burn with the realization that it's not her wand, but his, she's holding. She releases it instinctively, dropping it to the bed.

James and Lily are fighting, and it's 100% the other person's fault. Everyone's just a little bit unhinged.

Sixth year Lily is home, sick, on Christmas. Can a visit from her friends cheer her up?
