John thinks he's lying, hiding that there's something more between them and sets on mission to prove to Sherlock that they are more than just flatmates. Johnlock, of course. The progression from amnesia to back to normal and what a love story it's made.
Fem! John. John wakes up one day, not quite knowing how, as a woman. He comes downstairs for answers, thinking Sherlock should know, but the detective seems too distracted in observing John's new figure. Rated M for a Reason.
Mary bets Sherlock that he cannot seduce John. Sherlock is never one to turn down a challenge, and the opportunity without guilt is rife for John. The only question is how he will do it, or what John will do in the end of it all.
John is endeared by Sherlock's trying to avoid the emotional things when they have to say goodbye. "Sherlock is a girl's name." Is not all that needs to be said or done before he goes. John makes his move, and upon Sherlock's quick return, they actually have to face it.
"Mycroft has OCD, he doesn't even know he's doing it" Sherlock says about Mycrofts inability to even let the door hanger be astray at 221B. Whenever Sherlock wants revenge on Mycroft, he puts things just out of place enough so that his brother is the only one to notice. Lestrade is getting a bit fed up when it's on their anniversary. AU! Crossover between Last Enemy and Sherlock where Stephen Ezard is Sherlock undercover and Mycroft pulls him out at the end when he seems like he'd be trapped and Mycroft promises to save Yasim. Years later, John answers the door and tells Sherlock who it is and everything is alright again. Even if he might have some explaining to do for his best friend.
John finds an article of "10 Best Couples in London" and finds that him and Sherlock somehow were listed above the prince's relationship. John freaks out, but Sherlock takes it as indication that it's time to reveal the truth. Post-Season-3.
