I found a news article about a real life whale rescue off the Gold Coast a couple of years ago, by an older gentleman by the name of Peter Brown. I got to thinking; what if, unbeknownst to us, he got a little help? I haven't written fiction in years so thought I'd just have a crack at it. I stayed as close as I could to the characters from Season 1 of the show - enjoy!
