Anti-Sparky returns to Earth and decides to have some fun by stealing a car. Getting his butt in the driver's seat, Anti-Sparky finds that he's pretty gassy and while at the wheel and passing lots of gas in the seat, he gets a little naughty whilst causing mayhem on the road, keeping his paw hard pressed on that pedal.

Sparky comes to pick Timmy up from school, and he has a little fun with Francis, teaching the bully a painful lesson when he sees him about to do harm to his owner. On the drive home, Sparky lets his best friend know that he does matter and that he does care about him, even if everyone loves Chloe, he'll always be with him.
