Everyone has returned to the Enchanted Forest, presumably sometime after Season 3 ends. August has been restored to his adult self and has been in an established relationship with Emma for some time. A ball is being thrown in her honor and she doesn't like the attention, so August improvises to help her relax.
Emma comes to Elsa with a lead on her sister, who may have been right under her nose all along. implied Helsa and definite Kristanna.
Anna and Kristoff are on their honeymoon, when Elsa is forced to handle an impossible situation. Hans gains freedom from his prison for a price and is forced to turn to Elsa for help. Can two broken people somehow mend the wounds of the past and find a future together or will their differences drive them apart?
Kind of AU 4A Rewrite. Basically, this story is my own take on how I would have written 4A. It will take a few elements from the actual canon plot, but will mostly be its own thing including some of the Frozen character backstories. All canon OUAT couples plus Helsa.
