Oliver wakes up from a coma that he has been in for 5 year after getting into a car accident a week before his high school graduation. Now he has to attend Starling University. During that time he has to adjust to his new life and deal with the repercussions of the accident. At the same time he must deal with his new feelings for a certain blonde with glasses.
