A song from Genesis to Sephiroth after the world fell apart.

During the battle with Cloud in Advent Children, Sephiroth's consciousness brushes with that of the one man left on Gaia who doesn't think of him as a monster. He leaves fate's course and finds Genesis buried in his cave a year before the man was supposed to awake. Now the former hero is on a search for answers about who he used to be, and who he is now in a world left in ruins.

Genesis gets selected to go on a rather unconventional mission with the Turks. Leading him to try and hide it from Sephiroth, but that begs the question, just how will the General react?
