Five years after young Caroline Vincent disappears from her Halloween Specials, David Forner, a porter at a 5 star hotel, has picked up her camera and the trail to finding her. Feeling obligated to solve her mystery and bring her parents and her community at peace, David sets out to find her and her abductor. David has but one question: Where Is Caroline?

As the Slender man goes off to complete some errands (*cough* killing innocents *cough*) Leona, Slender's constant tag-along is stuck with Jeff the Killer for a whole week! Another Proxie, Sophie, ends up sharing Jeff's responsibility. They go to hell, come back, and run through a loop of irritations all thanks to Leona.
