After the War, Hermione returns to Hogwarts as Head Girl only to find that Draco Malfoy has been appointed Head Boy by the Ministry as an attempt to redeem himself and avoid Azkaban. At first she is horrified at the prospect of having to live alongside her longstanding enemy but when she discovers something of Malfoy's, she finds that he may just have a heart after all.
