James Potter was not home on the evening of October 31st. Harry Potter grows up with a father who is determined to train him into a strong and capable adult. More than anything, he wants his son to survive. Harry struggles to become independent, while also trying to maintain a close relationship with his father, who he loves dearly - but he also wants to live, not just survive.
