Retronym

  • That Awkward Moment

All kids understand the dread of having to face one's angry parents later on. Oedipus is no different. (A thing for English class. It started off as a serious idea, then...well, you'll see.)

  • Laughing Gas

Lucina just wanted to read her book. But this is the Smash Bros. residence, where boring things like that are replaced with more interesting activities such as chasing your friend who's high off laughing gas around the building. It never ceases to amaze her. (Minutely crack-ish)

  • Ship of Fools, Elevator of Idiots

Kirby was so happy to explore the new elevator. But there is a reason Smashers can't have nice things.

  • Happy-Go-Lucky

Yoshi is happy. He knows he isn't a great fighter, but he finds happiness in other things and has a general liking for pretty much everyone in the Smash Bros. community. When he overhears a particular scornful conversation, his simple contentment is shaken, and he desperately needs advice from a person as profusely happy as he is. (One-shot, WARNING: OLD! Perhaps to be redone)

  • Reverse Vending Machine

A very stupid conversation escalates dramatically. Boredom truly is a terrifying beast. (If "Dumb" was a genre, this would be in there. A silly, stupid little story. WARNING: QUITE OLD.)

  • Noble Idiots

Zelda has a motherly affection for all those in the Smash Bros. residence; it is in her nature to want to care for them. But she can't help but feel frustrated sometimes when a bunch of her companions are such noble numbskulls...especially when she needs to put up with the biggest noble idiot of them all.

  • Explaining Bae

Ness's vocabulary is constantly expanding, just as any kid's would. Unfortunately, he makes the mistake of asking Lucario to explain an overheard term to him, and chaos ensues.

  • The Toaster

The newcomer Lucina comes across a strange machine in the kitchen on her first morning and tries to discover what it is for. Unfortunately, she seems to end up asking all the wrong people.

  • The Fourth Wall

Out in a tranquil forest, a glowing wall resides. There is something eerie about it; no lifeforms in the woods seem to want to come near it. Well, except for one. (little short story of mine, WARNING: OLD! Perhaps in need of a redo? ;0 )
