Bilbo Baggins is a simple hobbit. And, like all creatures of Middle Earth, he has a mark, a tattoo of sorts, that will help him find his soul mate. When he moves to an eastern hobbit settlement with his young nephew Frodo, he finds something extraordinary. Bilbo never expected to find his soul mate, and he certainly did not believe it would be a dwarf by the name of Thorin.

The hobbit knew from the beginning that there was only one way him saving Thorin could have ended. He just didn't think it would hurt so much. But he was willing to do anything to save his king; a king that he loved with every fiber of his being.
