That's a new student named Aika McClary who's Korean-American preteen girl in Retroville. *points at picture* Aika is a member of Team Neutron, but she's a minor character. She's with Team Neutron in several episodes from based off of the series with beginning to end in the 3rd season (from Jimmy Neutron Wikia and TV show).
