Tired of being a puppet of fate and the gods, the Nerevarine embarks on a journey to Akavir in order to build his own destiny. However, a series of unfortunate events cause him to end up in a new continent, one that does not appear on the maps of Nirn. Nevertheless, he is still Hortator, so he will fulfill his duty to defend the Dark Elves, even if they are not the ones he knows.

With Mr. House overthrown, the NCR and Legion driven out, and the Mojave unified into an independent nation, the Courier can finally enjoy peace... or at least that was the plan before a Think Tank experiment sent him to a new world, one filled with strange mutants.
