Stumbling into the undergrounds of Hell, Vaggie and Charlie meet a towering behemoth of a caveman named Oogar, who had spent most of his years beneath the surface. Oogar joins the two and enters the redemption program at the Hazbin Hotel, where he goes down a perilous path to redemption against powerful demons and his own primordial fears.

(One-Shot) Two years before the public announcement of the Happy Hotel, Charlie Magne proposes the redemption plan to her parents. Both of them reject the idea, leaving Charlie heartbroken. On her way home, however, she meets someone in dire need of food and shelter.
