Isabel leaves for California and Cole doesn't even realize she's gone. He eventually finds her and they live in Isabel's house together for some time. When they decide to go back to Mercy Falls 3 years later they find Grace and Sam have started a family and they pretend they were never gone. The summary wasn't that good I apologize.
