The life of 22 year old Arisu Wakahisa, slacker extraordinaire and Gunpla enthusiast, suddenly takes a turn for the weird when he inherits his late uncle's dormitory in Kasumoto City. The dorm is run by his bitter step-aunt and all of the tenants are rowdy girls who show him no respect. Is this a lame set-up for a crappy harem story? Who knows?
