A mysterious cloak figure has appeared in Royal Woods Michigan he has brought with him enemies of the Riders past to spread chaos for his sick and twisted amusement, to come back this chaos a young man named Rey chosen to become a Rider to stop this chaos but he won't be going at it alone he will need the help of an unlikely allies to aid him in his mission.

Two group of enemies from the past riders have mysteriously appeared in the world of the equestria girls. The humane seven will need the help of the Kamen riders to stop these threat before they destroy or enslave all of humanity and save this world. (This story may change ratings depending on the tone of the chapters Including that this will be a multi-crossover story.)
