It's been six months after the defeat of Emperor Nefarious. One day Ratchet and Clank decide to visit their friends Rivet and Kit from the other dimension. However one Mort called the rebel lombax, that there is a signal from a mysterious planet far away from Sargasso, which the heroes decided to go to the rescue. They didn't knew it would lead to their next danger.

One evening at the Pizzaplex, everything was going it's normal ways. The guests went home and Freddy was also on his way back to his room. On the way, however, he heard someone crying, even though no one was there anymore. But the one who let out the sadness was one of his friends, Roxanne Wolf.
